What Are Virgin Hair Extensions?
Virgin hair extensions are made with human hair that is unprocessed, meaning that. they have never been altered by perms, dyes, bleaches, or harsh chemical washes. That is why hair extensions made of pure virgin hair are considered some of the highest quality extensions on the market today. While affordable, cheap hair extensions can often be found on our sales page, in general, virgin hair can be quite expensive compared to the vast majority of other types of hair extensions on the market. Hair extensions that are virgin keep their natural color and gloss far longer than any other type of extension on the market because they have never been treated with the usual harsh chemicals that people often put in their hair. That is why you should always invest in virgin hair extensions when you are shopping for premium hair extensions.
How should I care for the hair?
1. It is best to wash the hair once per week. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Gel or spray styling products may be used to keep the style.
2. Always comb the hair with a wide tooth comb.
3. It is best to air dry the hair instead of blow drying. Do not allow hair to sit in direct sunlight for an extended period of time. This will cause the hair to become dry and brittle.
4. Wear a protective head covering when going to bed. (Satin bonnet, satin pillowcase, etc.) It is best to braid or twist the hair into one large braid to protect it from tangling at night.
5. Wash the hair immediately after swimming. It is best to use a latex swim cap.
6. Always ask your stylist before attempting any styling techniques that you are unsure about. Do not dye or curl hair frequently to avoid damaging the hair.
How long does the hair last?
How long the hair lasts depends on how well you take care of it. Treat it the same way you would care for your own hair by washing, conditioning, and using heat protectant. Treat it with care and it can last for years.
Can the hair be straightened or curled?
Yes. You can use flat irons or hot curlers to style the hair. However, don’t do it too often, or the heat will make the hair dry and could cause tangling.
Can I bleach or dye the hair?
Yes. The hair can be bleached and dyed. We highly recommend having your hairdresser bleach or dye the extensions to make sure that you get the results you want. It is best to use a good quality hair dye and test a small section first.
Note: It is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION (UNWASHED & UNUSED). Once your exchange request has been authorized you will be given an exchange authorization number (EAN). The authorized item(s) will be allowed to be exchanged. On the return package please include your email address and EAN number.

When will I receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours. Twisted Sage Hair is not responsible for late, lost, or stolen packages. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. A signature is required for delivery (if you will not be available to receive your package on the expected arrival date/time, please request to have your package held at your local USPS post office.) Once the Post Office accepts the package, Twisted Sage Hair is no longer responsible.
